For the Western Caribbean, I'd say Cuba, not just because of size, but because a lot of storms are heading through the Yucatan straight.

Yes, Bahamas/Turks and Caicos aren't in the Carib, but they're included anyway.

Cuba Mainly because it is such a large mass of land sticking out in the Carribean.

Cuba already got hit hard by Dennis, so seems the best bet to me. Or were we only supposed to count the remainder of the season?
