Eastern Atlantic Tropical Summary - EATS OUT on August 3, 2005

The Eastern Atlantic, north of 12-14 degrees, is dominated by Saharan dust and dry air.
One well defined tropical wave near 8N 30W is moving westward across
the Atlantic and may develop into a tropical depression in the next
few days.
