maybe he should not have been written off just yet...Looks tropical to me....may have to start advisories again!

perhaps he thought it was Harvey. They switched the Floater from Harvey to that TD in the EPAC.

That's not Tropical Depression Irene, if that's the one you're talking about. The photo is of Tropical Depression Six-E in the eastern Pacific Ocean.

However, Irene is looking better as well.
