I was a member (mostly lurker) at GoPBI for years - I think Storm97 was when I joined. In '03, we lived Dallas and I wasn't watching the tropics much, so I missed the mass exodus. I made a post on PBI asking where everyone went and someone posted a link to here - and haven't gone back since.
I also think it's really ironic when the Palm Beach post writes a weather article and mentions Storm2K.
So....how did you find Storm2K?

I discovered s2k last year after Rita hit us, KFDM was kind enough to create us a message board on thier tv station website. I think it was southerngale who mentioned this message board. I am a lurker, this is only my 2nd post. I really love reading all of the posts and it's really informative when there is anything swirling around. Thanks guys.

I was in gopbi and as that board was a zoo,chad and mf_dolphin decided to create storm2k and the first day of being open was on October 2,2002.I recieved an invitation from chad and here I am since that date colaborating to make storm2k the best board of the net.
