I'm guessing Franklin or Harvey will be the next up. Then again, I thought that last night when I went to bed, and was wrong, so who knows!

Well I went to the what report would be out next thing but failed all the time and that is why I dont do it anymore. :) But there are only 7 reports that are left so soon enough all will be out with the Emily,Rita and Vince reports are the most important of those 7 left.

I'm also very interested in the Beta report, along with the three you mentioned.

I'd like to see Vince next, actually, seeing as it formed not too far north of where Delta became extratropical (although it formed a month and a half earlier).

http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/pdf/TCR-AL092005_Irene.pdf

Has anyone noticed that in Irene's report in the 2nd page the fist paragraph Steward begins making reference on August 11, seond paragraph says August 15, but ends talking on September 16 and the rest was made reference on September. Interesting to say that Irene lasted from August 4 - 18, not September!!!

I gotta say the Beta Report proved disappointing. I suppose we won't see a retirement from that storm.

Let's have a mini poll here while we wait for the 6 reports that are left.

The question is which report will be the last one to be released?

Well I say the Rita report.

The reports that are left are:

Emily
Franklin
Harvey
Rita
Beta
Zeta

Oh right lol, well I jsut figured that was the obvious question and I disregarded reading it my bad.

I figure Zeta was the big bang finisher storm so it's either gonna be Zeta or Emily and if I had to guess when i'd say probably around March 5-7

Well it didn't come out on Thursday but I suppose Monday Morning is still ironic enough lol.

Good report, I just remembered 04' had a bunch of Big Bad Guy hurricanes and 05' has had the 05' Girls.

So in 06' will we see a mix? lol. I suppose only time will tell.

Definitely agreed with the upgrade - they had wind data to prove that Emily was indeed Category 5.

there was also a 137KT dropsonde for Wilma when it hit the Yucatan, yet they only went at 130KT, which I would have perferred to be the peak intensity of Emily, since the mean boundary layer of the 137KT drop, yielded only 115KT, meaning that the 137 may have been a transient gust
