So what are we looking at here along the coast in Charleston? We definately could use the rain, but is it realistic to think we're going to see much out of this?

I new it! New GFS starts trending closer to the european models as a weaker system and much farther S & W tracking as a weak low pressure eventually into FL.

The 12z NAM moves the low westsouthwestward,while the lowest pressure is 1000 mbs.

I think it has a chance to be sub-tropical storm by mid-week. But probably not a tropical storm or hurricane. SST's are too cold, upper-level shear will be high and it may moving inland by then as wxman57 suggested and per the latest models.

They now show a low with 1010 mb surface pressure near 30N.
