Oh here it is:

F (m/s^2)= (P1-P2)/DN
where P=pressures and D= density of air and N = distance and pressure
is in Newton m/s^2

F is the acceleration; V = Vo + Ft; Vo is the initial velocity and t is the time
and seconds during which F is applied:
therefore:

V = Wind Velocity

THEREFORE:

V= Vo + (P1-P2)t/DN


V is in meters/second

m/s x 3600 s/hr = m/hr x 3.28 ft/m x 1 mile/5280 ft =
2.24V mph

WIND SPEED MPH FOR ANY GRADIENT:
V = 2.24Vo + 2.24(P1-P2)t/DN

just use the gradient wind approximation

V = (-fR/2) +- [((f^2R^2)/4)-d(phi)/dr]^(1/2) where phi is the geopotential defined by gz
