Er, in my case, yes
I am not a fan of Eye, but know others are.
I was a beta for the original Interwarn, think it is the best overall wx software program for the buck. Period. But no help with TC's.
For NEXRAD, I prefer WeatherTap to StormLab.
Best overall free wx software is BufKit from NWS/Buffalo. Live and die by it in winter and with tornadoes. Once you learn it, you can't live w/o it. Very handy in formulating ideas for near landfall TCs.
What you see at WREL is StormTrakker 6. I was approached by a different developer to run something else for free and publish as advertising for them. Ran in the background here and ST6 is superior. StormTrakker is valuable to me in tracking winter storms as well (EOTS isn't). Mid-lats are different than TC's but I find it is a good winter tool. Also use it for plotting right entrance/left exit vorts. That's not published on the web site, but aids in forecast development.
Just some ideas.
