It's a clear indication that the negative phase of the MJO passing through the WPAC and SPAC is pretty strong. STY Dianmu is another good example. It's hard to say what will happen once it moves into the ATL Basin (we have other factors to worry about, plus it probably won't be as strong). But I wouldn't be surprised if we have to watch an area of disurbed wx towards the beginning of July. But this is still like posting your best guess based on this style of forecasting.

Sure, rare exceptions... but there could of been less than the 65 there have been in the Atlantic Basin in the month of June, since the late 1800's.
