The water is very warm around the southern tip of FL, I expect Frances to slow down just before landfall, if she does she will strengthen to a CAT5

Did anyone see the 0z ECMWF? It took Frances into GA, which is a big shift from its usual S/C Fla runs. I know that it will likely change back, but if the 12z ECMWF also shows the same, there may be some big changes coming...
