Looking at all your activity in here over the past few days, I'd say it was sleep well deserved!!

Cool! I kinda figured things got resolved. But with radar sites being slow and news video feed no longer available, I just wanted to be sure.

As usual, S2K rocks! Stay safe, everybuddy! :)

I think it's people burning out on it all- Frances weakened... so the disaster nuts aren't getting death and destruction... and she's moving so freaking slow that there's not really a lot to talk about moment to moment.

Add in the people who have lost power and the people outside of Florida who are on labor day vacation- and it's a soup of few people.

One laugh for you all. I was watching Frances on Miami radar all of yesterday and left it running all night- I came in this mornign and thought to myself- my she looks really awful. I coudln't understand why she still had such high winds and people were tlakgina bout flooding. I was watching long range Miami.

So then I flipped it over to the Tampa radar... and ooooooooooh right. *slaps forehead* I forgot- the farther away you get- the higher the radar beam goes and the less you see. She's still pretty darn healthy!

Exactly. I'm mostly following Frances for the rain it will bring me starting late tomorrow through Wednesday Morning. I HATE slow-moving tropical systems. I'm really starting to follow Ivan now.
