The sad or scary thing about the situation we are in here in TX and LA is that we aren't going to see much change for a while either, not until this zonal flow pattern that takes everything to our N and NE is broken. We won't even have a chance of a cut-off low forming on the end of a front in the GOM until this changes because the fronts aren't getting out into the GOM far enough for it to happen.

22 days without measureable rain in Houston. :x :roll:
