You can see the inflow of the surface clouds from way west feeding into it and wrapping.

Updated - it's a little west of 75.0 now (75.1/75.2 ish). You might have to go back at least 10 frames to see it, the tops from the convection firing to the S and SE of the LLC is starting to hide the LLC on the visibles. But it's definitely there!

I think the overall circulation is really elongated to the west, but the center is just SW of Long Island. If the convectin continues to build back there, we should see this circulation tighten up.

and looking more organized by the minute... convection firing off near the center which is obsecuring its exact location but its still somewhat discernable by viewing the rotation of the low level clouds you can see
