Thank you!! For those of you who don't know, the mods and admin here really work tirelessly trying to keep this board what is is and more. I joined this board the day after it's conception and I can say I am PROUD to be a part of this wonderful team. We work hard to keep it family friendly and to get as much information out as possible. A lot of what we do is so behind the scenes and I want all of you to know that it is a very low paying job (zilch :) ) but we do it because people need this board.

Also, the mods and admins are not what makes this board what is it completely, it is YOU, the members who make this board home to many who need us.

HATS OFF TO THE MEMBERS!!
We couldn't do it without YOU!!

I especially appreciate the time all the Pro mets take to answer our amatuer questions as well as everyone posting what local tv and radio stations and newspapers to check. It had never occured to me to use my high speed internet to watch live streaming hurricane coverage from local tv stations until someone posted a link during Charley last year. As a result I have become a big fan of Brian Norcross for SE Florida hurricane coverage.

This could be one of the best weather websites out there. Sure, it is a forum that anyone can post on, but it combines every other weather website out there. Mods, you do an excellent. Many forums I go to either let the posters go rampant, or they moderate wwaaayy to much, but here it is the perfect blend of keeping everything organized. Thanks mods and pros!

Thanks for 2 great hurricane seasons so far, and plenty more to come. The stay has been awesome :notworthy:

I too would like to offer up my sincere thanks to the members and mod's on this board. I have come to trust and respect this board for vital information. I have learned so much for all, pro and amateurs alike.

You are a very special family to me.

I hope we can all share many tropical seasons together.

I would like to say thank you as well! When we started S2K we said it would be a site run by members for members. Through all of our trials and problems the site has grown and grown and yet still holds most of the exact values as day one. Like a very large family we scrap every now and then but when the chips are down we all pull together. Those that don't soon find the exit door ;-)
