If anyone voted for Lee then it was a joke. It was my least favorite, and in fact I don't consider Lee a legit TS. (Though Jose, Bret, and Gert IMO definately were, if you don't believe me then go here)

My favorite was Maria. The best fish storm so far of 2005 by far! The beautiful eye and the tail it had....and the best part, it didn't hurt anybody and never had a chance to. What else could you ask for?

Katrina is number one in my book. In was a nice looking hurricane.

I'm sorry we had to find out that building a city under sea level was not smart. I'm not going to say any more.

Irene was my second least favorite storm. Yeash, it just went on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on...should I continue? It was just a little storm that made it to Cat 2 purely on luck.

Oh, and neither is Bret BTW.

I just couldn't bring myself to vote for Katrina, though it was absolutely the most exciting to track...

I voted Emily. Mostly because I have a friend named Emily, and I got to poke fun at her for a couple weeks! :D

from a selfish standpoint, Katrina and Dennis since I made some decent money thanks to them

from a humanity standpoint, Maria... only storm to truly miss land completely (Franklin and Harvey impacted Bermuda, Franklin, the Bahamas as well, maybe Lee)

Here's how I rank the storms of this year:

1. Maria
2. Nate
3. Harvey
4. Franklin
5. Arlene
6. Cindy
7. Ophelia
8. Gert
9. Jose
10. Bret
11. Irene
12. Lee
13. Emily
14. Dennis
15. Katrina

All of the destructive names are at the bottom....don't like any of those storms.

Katrina - just look at her satellite pics a day or so prior to her impact on the gulf coast.

From Last year I'd have to say Ivan because of the 4 hurricanes that hit Florida, it was the only one that didn't touch Orlando.
