Debby will form August 5th. Will Chris form on that day too? Who knows, but for some reason my Hurri senses tell me Debby Aug. 5th. For now, Chris will be a mystery.

I asked myself this question and the first date to come was July 27. It will be near the Leewards Island when given the name. So It will be this wave just off th African Coast or the one after. Debby I am also getting August 5. Ernesto will form 2-3 days after.

Well, both Alberto and Beryl formed before the average formation date based on the past 11 years activity (1995-2005). With that said, over that time period, the average C-named storm formed on 30 July.

Well personally I was thinking about 11pm this evening...

Seriously, I think there is a good chance of seeing Chris before the end of July. my safe forecast is "before August 15th"

Im thinking 5pm July 29th.
