Very interesting this morning. Closest buoy just to the east of it-42001 now reporting 25 knot winds, gusting to 33 knots with a pressure of 1009 mb. A ship that's even closer and slightly south of it reporting a pressure of 1008 mb and a light west wind. Lower level vorticity increasing. Upper level divergence increasing, lower level convergence increasing, shear decreasing. I think we may see an invest placed on it today.
