I'm happy to announce the winners. I went through the votes and here the winners.

1. Best Persistent Storm

Ophelia

2. Best Eye Structure:

Wilma

3. Most Confusing Storm:

Ophelia

4. Storm with Best Potential:

Stan

5. Favorite Hurricane:

Katrina

6. Most Unique Track:

Vince

7. Favorite Month of the Season:

October.

The Special Hurricane Storm Award goes to Ophelia because she won in two categories. Congratulations to all the storms, the voters for participating.

I could very easily be wrong, but I counted Katrina and Wilma tied for eye structure? And also I counted Irene slight edge over Ophelia in persistence, 9 to 7 I believe.

I didn't count for most votes, I counted for who voted the nominees 5 times first

why didnt you wait until the season was over to begin this contest? according to the latest gdfl model, Gamma could be a veritable contestant for the best track category......

BOB came to crash the after party, fallowed by none other than the Halloween Nor'easter, which evolved. Need eye building? just call Claudette! she'll fix you up.

Grace: Can I build up!
Claudette: We dont take your sub-tropical trash in my establishment.
Grace: Well, I'll just go move in with a noname.

Next Year's awards are going to be completely different. Instead of 5 votes to win, it will be which nominee gets the most votes. Also there will be at least 10 Categories. I will make other little changes as well but for now thank you again for participating, and next November I hope you'll participate if you didn't.
