punkyg time will tell, i hope for the fish but with the high expected to rebuild....i don't know at which latitude, but right now it's too early to speculate it's moving west... we will see what pan's out! The current trend was for very south systems, hope the third will move far way , but we're too far away too know the future of this feature , i'm looking that with a lot of distance... who knows? For the moment beginning at 20w, i've never see something crossing higher that 14,0 °North
beetween 60w right now :spam:...wait and see in a word!

This is something to watch. Good moisture envelope on the water vapor and some turning.

Is the convection to the south of this wave ITCZ zone action or is it actually apart of the wave.

it just spit out an outflow boundary

likely nothing during the next 24-36 hours... still must be monitored though

Part of the wave. I think this one is developing as we type.

Saw that outflow boundary. It is to the southwest of the forming circulation center at 9N-31W.

Sooner or later our(U.S.) luck is going to run out.I can't imagine everything that developes going to central America.Anything that tracks higher than 17N will be States bound

Re: Organized Wave in Eastern Atlantic=12z GFS rolling in

After looking looking at this wave. i now believe its bigger then i thought. the convection in ITCZ looks like its following the blob we're watching. and there's another burst of convection to the east of our blob i also think its apart of the wave.

Interestingly, it develops a weak sfc low from the tropical wave east of the Leeward Islands. Additionally, it moves the low WNW toward the Bahamas. It moves the low-level system near (or over) FL and GA by 132 hours. This is the operational suite, too - it picks up the system within the short term. It could interact with the upper low near FL and Bahamas trough, too. Look at the shortwave imagery. The GFS clearly picks up the current wave east of PR and the northern Antilles.

interesting that the GFS is latching on it.

A TROPICAL WAVE IS ALONG 27W S OF 20N. THIS MORNING BOTH...THE
QUIKSCAT AND ASCAT PASS SHOWED A CYCLONIC CIRCULATION ALONG THE
WAVE AXIS...AND A SFC LOW WAS INTRODUCED ON THE 12Z SFC MAP NEAR
9N. THIS WAVE IS PRODUCING A LARGE AREA OF SHOWERS AND TSTMS
WITH THE STRONGEST ACTIVITY NOTED FROM 10N-14 BETWEEN 25W-29W.
THIS SYSTEM HAS THE POTENTIAL FOR SOME DEVELOPMENT DURING THE
NEXT FEW DAYS AS IT MOVES WESTWARD AT ABOUT 15 MPH.
