This 12Z EPS, out to 240, looks similar to how it looked on the 6Z run at 138. Afterward, most members either recurve or continue westward and weaken:

A tropical wave located over the far eastern tropical Atlantic
continues to produce disorganized showers and thunderstorms. Some
development of this system is possible, and a tropical depression
could form during the next several days while the system moves
generally westward at 10 to 15 mph.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...30 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...medium...50 percent.
