#23 here. At my age the memory is kinda foggy, but I think I saw a link at TWC where I was hanging. Ticka could have been the one that invited me over, but I don't really remember. Once I got the ban at TWC it is all history. I WILL NEVER LOOK BACK!!! THIS IS HOME!!

I knew Marshall from GoPbi, but honestly I don't remember Chad from there. CRS!!!

I was one of the refugees that procured an old inner tube and floated from GoPBI to here, after the boneheaded format change last September.

You can find peoples membership number in the member list :-) http://www.storm2k.org/phpbb2/memberlist.php

Miss Mary wrote:Thanks Chad!!! No wonder those of you are so proud of being 'founding members', with low-low member #'s!!! 953 isn't too shabby though....:-)

Mary

#953? You (Mary) are member #145.

#954 in alphabetically order minus one to #953 for "admin" not being counted.

Actually it was Miss Mary who directed me here. Oh Hail Mary! As I came from TWC. Anyone still go there? I wouldn't know. I don't.

I was rather a quite member there David. Did a lot of lurking. You should remember me from the chat though. GOPBI didnt have the "welcoming" atmosphere that we have here.. So I just did not post very often

j - you haven't got a clue....just kidding. I imagine Linda invited you to join S2K?

Thanks Tom! 145 sounds much better than 953....

The current status of TWC boards....well I call them the Stepford Wx Boards, since the channel in itself seems so bland and programmed. They can't even break from a Storm Stories segement to alert viewers of severe outbreaks, such as the rash of tornadoes in recent weeks. On rare occasion I look at the Weather Channel Forum there but they're still talking about OCM's and the Black Bar. The place just doesn't hold my interest anymore. Never thought I'd say that.

Toalie - I remember you had lots of trouble with your passwords. Leave it to Linda to save the day! Glad you're here now.

This is DEFINATELY home now. I've gone back to check in at TWC myself every once in a while. I've posted mostly in the garden forum.
