Brent wrote:"About to heat up" Where have you been for the last 3 weeks???

Well, maybe so, but I guess it must be me, but I have seen a lot of posts that bash people to no end. Anyways, it must be my interpretation of what I see. Sorry, if I misinterpreted, but it seems that there is a lot going around of this stuff...

Remember, if a post or member ever makes you feel uncomfortable or appears to be outside the rules of S2K, please be sure to PM one of the mods or admins so that we can address the issue. There are times when we don't get to see every post or we may interpret one differently. If there's something in question, we usually bring it to the attention of the others and decide from there. That's part of the whole "behind the scenes" stuff that has been mentioned before in regards to how we moderate. It's with help from members like you that we can continue to ensure S2K runs smoothly. :)

Thank you for answering my question :)
2-3 wks depending on storm strength and bermuda high. Just by looking at the OP's satellite Pic I think that if it survives it would be 2-3 weeks from now before it completes its Atlantic Journey.

y'all that are making fun of wxman57 need to show some respect. He is a well respected pro met. He is only making an observation. I am finding quite disturbing some of the posts that people make, and quite frankly I think the age limit needs to be brought up to at least 17.

I may be relatively new here but I did not take any of the posts as being negative. I too can miss stuff sometimes, but I thought it was all in jest!

By the way I love this board! I appreciate all of the great info. I have recently even thought about going back to school to study meteorology (actual environmental meteorology)...that is how addicted I am to weather "stuff"!

Tampa Bay Hurricane,
I see you are a newbie to posting ...maybe you have been lurking for a while too though. haha
You will see that we have an awful lot of posters from the tampa bay area here. Some are pros and some are novices. But all in all, its a great board to get information from! Just take it all with a grain of salt. You'll soon figure out who's advice is usually solid and who are the novices that are still learning. And as always, use official info before anything anyone here says when protecting lives or property!

Then I guess you believe Mike Naso shouldn't be posting here  Everyone of all ages should be welcome here, as long they behave in an appropiate manner. Some people need not be so sensitive to a little joking around.

I am not sensitive at all, and in fact I am about as callous as one gets. I don't have a problem with the joking around, but you get some people that take it to the next step, and those are the ones that are usually in there lower teens. I don't have a prob with Naso posting, because I have never seen a derogative post from him, but his videos are ad nauseum IMHO.

Well wxcrazytwo.. First you misinterpret the posting and change the subject of the thread and then you throw in a derogatory remark to the member of the month as a parting shot..

I think the apology should be to wxman57 for your hijacking confusion and continued bickering about nothing related to the subject of the thread.

You did nothing but stir up trouble on this thread and that will not be tolerated!

REMINDER : Please Stay on the Subject!
