Only my gut feeling, combined with models and synoptics...
But I will advise my acquaintences in NOLA to leave within the next 6 hours, and enjoy a LONG weekend elsewhere, maybe a bit NW of there. Heck I'd say to even just go to Jackson/Hattiesburg to only get out of the really bad stuff.
