Dr. Klotzbach has Atlantic ACE at 165 for 2010:

I believe Julia was a Cat 4 with winds of 135mph. Why does that only go to 120.Wikipedia has 140.

135 mph was for operational. 120 is 120 knots which is 140 mph. Hope that clears it up. NHC uses knots.
