Most believe it will be tonight or tomorrow. I think Edouard would be better to guess.

Dolly forms overnight tonight and Eduardo forms early Monday morning.

Dolly from 94L and Eduardo from the wave over Africa

Not bad. I was thinking that we already had a WCAR storm, a CV storm, and what was left was a ATL storm and a GOM storm. I was thinking on these areas according to the climatology.
