Looks like unless Carlos revives itself again its going to fall just short of the 10 mark, can't imagine Dolores getting to much in the way of ACE.
Really need a long tracker to boost the ACE if we want to see an above average figure, which you'd expect in El nino...even if the multi-decadal signal isn't great.

No more updated ACE numbers for the EPAC as there are no storms now.Now we wait for the next named storm in both basins to add in the EPAC or to start numbers in the Atlantic.

2000.
Upana (01C) was upgraded to a tropical storm at July 20, 2000 at 1800 UTC.
Alberto (03L) was upgraded to a tropical storm at August 4, 2000 at 1500 UTC.
