So far, just SE-SSE winds at 12-24 kts. No evidence of an LLC via satellite, that's for sure. Just a wave.

Gee, the winds hardly vary (125-144 degrees) - hardly enough for a good wave (or even a "do the wave" wave).

I doubt they will; if they did that, then they might just force themselves to upgrade because of the 23-24kt winds they found. I'd think that with a vortex, they could go upgrade it.
