I really dont think anything gonna happen atleast threw 72 hrs conditions across southflorida and most of the Gulf of Mexico will be High Unfavorable.

Have you noticed the low shear values creaping up the atlantic. Now I can see the shear is low in the caribbean. I know it changes all the time but, last month the shear over the caribbean was quite common.

Here is some talk from the NWS of developments in the Gulf of Mexico...

GFS TRIES TO FORM A LOW OVER THE NE GULF
EARLY TUESDAY BUT LOOKS A BIT TOO OVERDONE. ETA12 DOES NOT SHOW
THIS LOW AT ALL.

I could be wrong, but I think the ETA refered to in the other post was to the ETA computer model.

ETA is a weather model... although nowadays it's actually called the NAM instead of the ETA.


Also... simmer down the "troll" and "wish caster" comments. Those are uncalled for.

First off all guys sorry for the Large image!I just wanted you guys to see the long range GFS animation clearly showing our rain chances going up across southflorida and also some kind of development in the gulf of mexico which heads into Panhandle of florida.This is ways out....so we will see if it verifys! :wink:
