I only made reference to Charley because its about one week before it formed in 2004 and 99Ls path appears to be rather low latitude with an apparent tragectory westward. In fact, the earliest models take it near where Charley formed - 11N-55W. I apologize to those who were impacted by the storm - wasn't tryin to be doom and gloom. Got everyones attention though I'm sure.

The LBAR is trash. I think the Pro mets would agree since they have said it themselves.

An invest is an investigation area...it is lower than a depression and is just an area to keep an eye on for a possible depression to form.
