This latest data what it shows is that el nino wont be of any factor during the rest of the season but neutral conditions will prevail.
Also you can see at the first link that the EC has below average anomalies and that has been discussed in other threads here as of why that occurrance.And there has been a warmup of anomalies east of the islands and that is of note too.
