When will 90L be up at NRL?

Honestly, I think the only reason it was mentioned in the EPAC TWO is because the system deserved a TWO mention but not a STDS. It's in the EPAC, but it's so broad it spans between both basins. Even in that TWO they mention it will likely drift eastward. I think 90L would be more likely.
