Good to see the TWO being issued 4 times a day now!

Actually I just realized that they always have been issued 4 times a day. I forgot about the 10:30pm one.

I think some people use 'Nana' as a nickname for 'grandmother'.

Now, not sure who needs a pronunciation guide for the name "Bertha", unless they felt the need to distinguish it from the name 'Berta'.

Even if Nana isn't considered lame, it seems odd to me that the would have Hanna and Nana on the same season's list. Those names are similar enough to possibly cause some confusion in news reports.

What about Bob. Talk about a lame name. I think it was also retired after it's first use like David was. I kinda felt cheated (hint, my names not Bob).

Nah, Bob was also used in 1979 (paid me a little visit that year) and 1985.

Nana and Bob exactly is what you are looking for to name a storm. Very easy to pronounce and to write in any language that the storm may be discussed. Now, when you talk about Josephine and Claudette, then it changes.
