Gustav's damage was much less than initially reported, only 4.3 billion, not the 20 as feared

Paloma was that uncommon.

I thought I'd heard that Dolly would be downgraded to a Cat 1 landfall? HRD reported about 78 kts at landfall (90 mph):

Perhaps the adjustment will be made with the final post-storm report?
