2000's ACE

It'll be interesting to see where 2009 finishes compared to other years this decade. Will this year be the slowest in terms of ACE? I think we have a shot at 2006.

The Pacific too is less active despite an El Nino. I see some shades of 1977. I know Pacific is in a cooler phase.
