ULL East of Bahamas
there have been many cases where an Upper Level Low has eventually worked down to the surface and then became a tropical cyclone. I'm keeping a close eye on this one.

OT - I was born in Jamaica, NY and lived in Ozone Park when I was a baby - a LOOOONG time ago.

What are you basing your forecast on?ozonepete wrote::) Ok, back on topic, so far the forecast models don't do anything with it, but it's still a significant presence on the satellite images. I would expect it to slow down and turn more northward with time. So I guess we'll just watch it and see.

yeah, this has caught my eye this afternoon. Still nothing there, but it sure has a classic shape about it. I hope it doesn't works its way to the surface.
