Hurricane Alex Live Webcam Chase Footage (Link Repaired)

#1 Postby Brian Osburn » Sat Jul 03, 2010 9:35 am

On June 30, I arrived in Brownsville, TX and tried to get into Mexico to chase Alex down...but I was denied.

However, I did get into Port Isabel. While there, I shot some interesting chase footage with the live webcam. At the time the webcam was operating, we had 10,000 viewers on Ustream.tv and about 2,000 viewers on my chase website 7674u.com (XtremeHurricanes.com & XtremeStormJunkies.com)

If forgot to post that I was chasing the storm here on Storm2K...sorry.

Here is the link to the footage if you would like to see it:

great! Thanks for sharing the videos. It was great seeing what you were able to see. Clever set up!
The color of the sky on 7/1 toward the end was awesome! Was it really that turquoise looking?
