Tropical Wave southeast of the Windwards

TROPICAL WAVE IS ALONG 51W/52W S OF 12N MOVING W AT NEAR 15 KT.
WAVE IS AT LOW AMPLITUDE AND THUS EMBEDDED WITHIN THE ITCZ.
CLUSTERS OF SCATTERED MODERATE/ISOLATED STRONG CONVECTION ARE
FROM 5N-10N BETWEEN 50W-58W.

Going to give some decent convection to the far NE South America but doesn't look like it has much of a shot at development really.

Shear has been high in the zone between 10N-20N and 40-60W, the main development zone...Lets see if this carries on into the season, could be something that really hurts the season, maybe somewhat like the storms that got torn to bits constantly in 2007...
