Tropical Depression 9

Tropical Depression 9 is now inundating Santo Domingo with heavy rains causing streets to flood. Winds are gusty causing blowing rain and lightning with booming thunders afterwards is frequent.

Hello everyone:
Yes these is correct, here in Santo Domingo, located in the south of the
Hispaniola island, the winds is coming high, all people located near from
rivers are evacuated, the city is under dark big cloud and is nearly to
start to rain.
I 'll keep you informed from the Dominican Republic.

This is it, really really heavy rain is falling, Santo Domingo is soaking.
Strong wind gust is happening, i can hear some noisy thunders. This just
doesn't look good.
I am tracking the storm to see what happens.
