WPAC: Area east of Manila, Philippines?

I don't know it is just me but look at that area East/South East of Manila. Does that look like a future invest to anyone? Below I put the link for the weather map from teh weather channel. Maybe I am just looking to much into it but it looks pretty good.

I guess this supports what I was saying. Very high percentage. I couldn't get the photo to load..maybe I will learn one day..lol but here is the link:
