Hurricane Belle flashback for a minute there. That was the first hurricane I ever knew anything about BTW. I lived in CT at the time.

Not much in the way of convection there. It appears it's just part of the cold front. Granted, waters are in the 70s.

This the same system they had a track for in the extended models thread?

Looks like a little twist to the clouds over Florida moving northeast might spark something later.

Cold core, little NorEaster. Low over se NC and one just offshore of SC coast. Gonna head up the coast. Don't see it dropping to surface or becoming warm core.

You never know about this cold-cored systems....

I''' be watching it all the weekend, because it will arrive at Azores on Monday afternoon UTC.

Felt and looked a little like a Nor'easter was affecting the NJ shore today. Raw, breezy, cool with mist and light rain. YUCK!
