Development near Barbados/Eastern Carribean

#1 Postby Aric Dunn » Wed Sep 08, 2010 12:12 pm

I think Im just going to throw this out there. but the Nogaps and NAM have been persistent on developing something near Barbados and the eastern Caribbean for nearly 2 days. I was not buying it until this morning when I was looking in that area and noticed a low forming just south of Barbados. Im not wagering much on it but it seems interesting enough to watch as convection is building and shear is low as well some model support. I however would not be surprised if something started organizing more.

The GFS does show some reflection of this system developing as well

The euro also shows something trying to develop in the area. on the 00z run
