Quickscat and SSMI images

Somebody who's knows this stuff anlayize these satellite images for me...

This is the lastest QS

This is the latest SSMI image

As best I understand them the QS in it's descending pass shows a circulation with the wave east of the Lesser Antillies and the SSMI image shows 42 knot winds. That could be a TS? Correct me if I'm wrong
