But for the 2 invests 92L and 93L they are very bullish and they expect TD#10 to form later today or thursday at the east atlantic.
IMO TD#10 already formed there but they are waiting for persistance of convection.

They still say that some slow development is possible during the next couple of days with the wave north of DR. That's no more or less bullish than they were before. Looks like 93L may be out to sea....heading NW. We'll see if ridge turns it back west. 92L should become the long tracker Could threaten CONUS. Cheers!!

Steve H I posted another link from Puerto Rico that has the tropical weather outlook of 11:30 AM that the first link doesn't have as I type this.Something is not right today as I posted in another thread of things slow.
