Everyone seems to be really worried about the storm impacting New Orleans with a lot of rain. Could Lee give New Orleans what Allison gave Houston? I think it's possible, but I also think it might just be like Tropical Storm Hanna from 2002.
What do you think?
I think this might be a long shot of an idea, but I don't think it's too crazy to say this.
Could Lee become the next Allison?

Allison was the first thing that came to mind when I saw the rainfall predictions for what was at the time still a TD.
I heard an anchor on CNN state this morning that it's "just a depression" or something to that effect. The media really needs to stop being so obsessed with wind speeds and remember what the leading cause of deaths in cyclones is.

Thats my worry, the media glossing over the fact that flooding is the biggest killer and not winds unless its like 150mph or higher, which means people probably won't take this as seriously as they should
