Is this a subtropical storm off the east coast of Australia

No, im not talking about TS Grant.
There is another system , with a shallow warm core. It does not appear to be frontal on a surface analysis chart, nor does the wind pattern on ascat look very frontal. Also, on the cyclone phase space page, the GFS indicates a symmetric shallow warm core. Ascat indicates that it only has max winds around 30kts. So could this be a subtropical depression ?

Looking at the past satellite imagery, it looked much better about 24 hours ago when convection was wrapping fairly well into its centre. The time on that ASCAT pass is now over 12 hours old and the current imagery shows a very sheared system with almost all convection well displaced.

If its the one to the southeast of New Caledonia i think you will find its Ex Fina which was being treated as extratropical by Nadi, BoM Brisbane, New Zealand and MF NC.
