Upgrade at 5 PM 1004 mbs making it TS Fabian and they keep it on a west to westnorthwest track as ships and dships have it as a hurricane in 3 days.

No big surprise there. About time, 12Z Dvorak estimated 45 kts.

Oh, and one caveat about the GFS run is that NCEP says that the current runs are NOT incorporating some initialization data (like QuickSCAT winds). So use the GFS with caution.

EXTENDED (SUN-THU): BROAD AREA OF LOW PRESSURE IN THE GULF
WILL HELP BRING DEEP TROPICAL MOISTURE IN THE STATE DURING
THE PERIOD WHICH WILL UP THE HEAVY RAIN CONCERN. HAVE BUMPED UP
POPS TO 50%. TROPICAL DEPRESSION #10 SHOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM UNTIL
AFTER THE EXTENDED PERIOD.

I presume this is for Florida Johnathan? It gives no indication in the discussion portion you copied.
