That web server appears to be down now - it's been up and down all day. One thing to be cautious about using QuickSCAT is the valid time of the IMAGE. For example, the updated QuickSCAT at 20Z this afternoon was the 0530Z image - over 12 hours old. Just because the issued time may be current, the data could be 12-18 hours old. For example, your first image above was listed as being at 22Z on top but look at the time stamp to the lower right of the image - that's 0610Z, I believe. Always check the lower right of the image for the real valid time.
