Who thinks that TS Fabian is now a hurricane, or wil lbe upgraded to a hurricane by 5 pm or tonight? Comments are always welcome.

I think later tonight TS Fabian will be upgraded to our next hurricane. It *may* be one right now...... but I think officially it will come sometime later tonight.

I don't think it's a hurricane quite yet , but it's awfully close. It won't be long.

I will say either late tonight or Saturday morning that Fabian will be upgraded to a hurricane.
