This one may brush the Carolinas, but that is about it!! Trough definitely coming in, though I don't feel 290 is the correct track. They caught him as he wobbled......still think the center is around 16N. Still unless we get a high rebuuilding underneath and the trough moves quickly through OR development in the GOM goes north and braeks the back of the trough, Fabian will be a shipping lane and Newfoundland problem.
