HUGO project (hurricane genesis and outlook)

I was reading about the HUGO project today and they say it shows two landfall tc in 2013. Does anyone have any other info on this new weather model?

Here is what this model predicts according to the article:

"As part of the announcement, Dr. Len Pietrafesa, Burroughs and Chapin Scholar at CCU and one of the developers of the project, said the data from the new weather model suggests there will be one landfall each in the Gulf of Mexico and along the Eastern Seaboard before the 2013 Atlantic season ends."

This is the first year they are running it in real time, thus it'll be a few years before we know how accurate it is.
